Service

Imfundo is an AI-powered educational platform that helps South African teachers generate CAPS-aligned teaching resources, including lesson plans, worksheets, teaching packs, PowerPoint presentations and other classroom materials.

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.

Subscription plans

Some features require an active paid subscription. Access to premium features depends on your selected subscription plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Share your account with others.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the platform.

Intellectual property

• Users own the teaching resources they create.
• Imfundo retains ownership of the software, branding and platform technology.
• Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before classroom use.

Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

Imfundo is provided “as is.” While we strive for accuracy, teachers remain responsible for verifying all educational content before use.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Imfundo constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
