Monthly subscriptions
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge. Each refund request will be reviewed individually.
Non-refundable usage
Refunds may not be provided where substantial AI generation has already been used during the billing period.
Billing errors
Duplicate or accidental charges will be investigated and corrected where appropriate.
